Infant Massage


Hands On Health offers International Association of Infant Massage Infant massage classes for babies 2 weeks to 1 year old. 

This class is a 4 week course, meeting once a week for 1 hour. 
 
Parents learn techniques to give their baby a full body massage through nurturing touch. Massage encourages bonding between baby and parent which gives parents the tools to learn their child’s cues in order to soothe and comfort them. Bonding and attachment is also essential for growth and development. Infant massage can ease symptoms of colic and teething, decreases stress, helps babies sleep, normalizes muscle tone and improve blood circulation. Moms and Dads will gain a new confidence as they learn how to communicate with their baby through touch. 
 
Community Classes are offered bi-monthly. 

Private classes are available for families and small groups. 

Scholarships are available based on income.
